HR Director - Office of the Superintentendent

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Interpretation and administration of
    • CUPE 1253 & CUPE 2745 Collective Agreement
    • Teachers’ Collective Agreement
    • NBUPPE Collective Agreement
    • Non-Bargaining Policies for Part II
  • Develop, implement, communicate and manage all Human Resources and Payroll services for the District.
  • All Labour relations
  • Policy/Guideline/Regulation/Act interpretation and administration as they apply to Human Resources
  • Coordinate the investigation of complaints and concerns -- Policy 701, Workplace Harassment, Human Rights, etc.
  • Investigate and/or review complaints and concerns to facilitate equitable resolutions and avoid grievances.
  • Staffing and recruitment in compliance with District policy, needs and goals.
 

HR Officer - Office of the Superintendent
