Take Our Kids to Work™ day is coming up! On Wednesday, November 1st, Grade 9 students across Canada will spend the day at the workplace of a parent, relative, friend or volunteer host. This special day is the signature program of The Learning Partnership, a national charitable organization dedicated to supporting, promoting and advancing public education in Canada. Parents and guardians are encouraged to be aware of the work that their children are engaging in on this day and ask questions about the health and safety provisions. Please ensure that your daughter/son returns the signed permission slip on time to her/his high school before Nov 1st.  If you have any questions about this day please check out the Take our Kids to Work website at the Learning Partnership.ca or contact your child’s high school guidance counsellor.

Open your home to the World!

Atlantic Education International matches students from around the world with host families in NB.  Currently, we are looking for families in the Bernice MacNaughton area who might like to host a high school student for ‎the rest of the academic year.  Host families are paid a stipend of 700 dollars a month to offset the cost of providing a private bedroom, three meals a day and transportation to extracurricular activities.

Hosting is a great way to support your school and enrich your life!  If interested, please contact:
