MHS is participating in the Canadian Blood Services Young Blood
campaign this year. If you would like to
help with their number of donations, please mention that you are with Moncton
High Young Blood the next time you are in to donate.
5th annual Girls Knight Out (GKO) is taking place this year on Thursday,
November 9th after school until 9 pm (there is no school the next day). Registration for this night will take place
at lunch starting October 12th.
This is an empowering night for all females and their role models. We encourage any students interested in
attending a free night filled with food, prizes, learning, laughter, activities
and much much more, to come on out and enjoy this amazing yearly event. You can sign up for different sessions and
bring along a female role model. We hope
to see you register soon!
The Moncton High School Varsity Girls Basketball team will be
hosting one of the largest single division basketball tournaments in Atlantic
Canada this year November 10th to 12th. There will
be 5 teams from N.B. and 5 teams from N.S. competing at this year’s
event. The majority of games will be played at Moncton High School, but
there will also be a few games played at HTHS. Admission is $10 for a
tournament pass and $5 for a day pass. It should be a great weekend of
High School students are busy preparing a fantastic musical that will take
place the end of November. "We Will Rock You" is based on the
music of Queen and will feature a live band as well as amazing vocals!
Mark your calendars on November 23, 24 or 26 to join us for an entertaining
