A lunch and Keurig refills were purchased for the teachers with this money Special thanks the parents who brought baked goods and snacks and donated special daily prizes for the teachers Also to those who helped set up for this event

Volunteers needed for set up and to work this event Pick up will be the following Friday, April 10 Our school receives $7 in books for the school from every $10 spent Goal is the raise $4,500 There will be family door prizes and guess how many goldfish crackers in a bowl Memo to go out one week prior to book fair

Possible date of May 23rd, confirmation needed with Corey from Ford.
FORD donates $20 per vehicle that is driven with a survey completed.
FORD will provide 10-15 cars.
FORD recommends 20 minutes per test drive: 5 to register, 10 to drive, 5 for survey.
3 test drives per car an hour.
30 test drives per hour (with 10 FORD vehicles)
8:30 – 12:30 would give us 120 test drives (with 10 vehicles)
1 driver per address.
NO children are allowed to go in a FORD vehicle for a test drive.
Parents must sign their child into an activity before they take a test drive.
Mrs. Trueman, will provide childcare inside the school with activities such as Lego, games, arts/crafts, Wii.
Trina to contact the Lion’s club to see if they will BBQ again for us this year.
Event finished by 1:00. 12:30 – 1:00 would be clean-up. There are no casual custodians so we would need to clean.
A notice will be sent to AHM parents with a return slip to school.
Last year generated $1,980.00 from Ford and made approx. $200 from our BBQ.

Mrs. Reminders and Mrs. Barry to lead the evening Theme is 'The Big Apple”
This an evening where your child's artwork is displayed and parents can purchase their child's art pieces .Choir, dance and drama clubs perform .A food donation to the breakfast club will be requested for admittance Home and School to have a bake sale and also popcorn and bottled water/juice boxes . A call into the Lewisville Baptist church for donations has been made. They have agreed to supply homemade, pre-packaged baked goods. Volunteers needed to pop and bag popcorn We will contact the Kay Arena for use of the popcorn machine Parent volunteers to bake for the bake sale?

2 bouncy castles including attendants, popcorn machine, amps for castles, 2 games = $709.64 Face painter - Trina will contact the lady who did it last year to see if she is available Gojis mobile? Perhaps they can set up at the event - % of the proceeds to our school?
