is upon us along with plans for Christmas activities and events at Hillsborough
Elementary School. First, let me say thank you for coming to Parent/Teacher
interviews this past week. Communicating
about your child’s progress is an important part of supporting student
we prepare for the winter season and the potential for snow storms, please be
sure you have returned the information sheet regarding contingency plans should
schools close early due to weather or other unexpected situations.
The Home and School pie order has been placed. Thank you to all those who
sold pies and to those who ordered pies.
The pies will be delivered on Thursday, Dec. 8th.
The truck will be at the school from 3pm-7pm. Please stop by to pick up
your child’s pie order. We will have
copies of the orders there. THANK YOU

Please consider becoming a member. A table
will be set up at the Christmas concert so parents can join.
Tickets for front row seating at the Christmas
Concert will be sold by the H&S the evening of the concert ($2 for one ticket or $5 for three)
H&S will be organizing the Shopping Party on
Dec. 19th – Please send in gently used items before this date.
Our students enjoy shopping for family and friends at this event! Each item
will be .50 (Max number of items K-2 will be 6 and Gr 3-5 will be 6-8. This
number could change depending on how many items come in.) If you can volunteer
for this event, please contact the school at 734-3700 or Angela Barkhouse at

Bus” campaign. Students are invited
to bring non-perishable food items to contribute to this event. The bus will arrive to pick up items on Dec.
