Winter Wear for students

Warm Hearts – Coeurs Chauds is a non-profit organization. Our goal is to provide winter clothing for children in need in our communities. Since last year, we have provided snowsuits, boots and hats for many children. Most items are contributed or bought with donations made by residents or local businesses as well with our fundraiser. This year, we will be accepting winter outerwear donations on October 28th at École Amirault (Melanson Rd) between 6:00 and 7:00 pm.

Monetary donations can be made at UNI financial cooperation Dieppe.

Thank you for your generosity!

Snow Removal February 19, 2015

Good Afternoon from Lou MacNarin School.
This afternoon we are having a roofing company and our snow contractor come to the school to remove snow from the roof of the school.  This means that there will be workers and equipment at the front of the school and in order to ensure the safety of all community members, we are locking our front doors and asking parents/guardians/volunteers who need to enter the school to use the doors on the east side of the building, near the large staff parking area.  Kindergarten to grade 2 students will be dismissed through the door near the drop off zone.  Please wait there for your children at the end of the day if you are picking them up from school.  Children who take the bus will be loaded as they usually are.  Grades 3, 4, and 5 will be dismissed through the doors on the east side of the building  - near the large parking area.  Bus students will exit the building through this door and walk to their bus.
Please remember that parking is tight and you may need to park in the subdivision across from the school.
Thank you for your help in making sure that everyone is safe.
