End of the Week at Magnetic Hill School

Dear Magnetic Hill Families

A few items to share as we end the week:
The Team, Sports and Club Photos that were scheduled for Friday have been re-scheduled to April 11th.
The District STEM Expo is scheduled for tomorrow at NBCC on Mountain Road. If there is a delay due to weather in the morning, the Expo will go on, as planned. If there is a cancellation, the Expo will take place on Monday.
Next week is Easter Week. There are no classes for students on Friday the 30th or Monday April 2nd.

As a school we are always looking for ways to engage our students in activity. This year we are planning to host a Wellness Expo in May or June at Magnetic Hill. If you have a skill, hobby or past time that you would like to share with our students please let us know. This could include a variety of things ranging from Knitting and Handwork, Card Games such as Bridge, Cribbage or 45s, Wood Work, Chess/Checkers, Dominos, Fly Tying, Fitness, Well-being, Dance, Tapping, Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness, Zumba, Cooking, Singing or any other talent we can use you at the school!

Let’s get our kids engaged and less dependent on screen time.

Have a great evening and keep warm!
