Information Items:
-Our External Review will take place this week. The external team, consisting of a representative from the department of education, two staff from Anglophone South School District, and another principal, will spend three days at our school interacting with students, teachers, and support staff and will meet with various stakeholders. They will be rating our school on the same indicators of successful schools that our Core Leadership team has already done internally. The indicators are divided into the following seven domains:

1. Vision, Mission and Goals
2. Educational Leadership
3. Instructional Practice and Curriculum
4. Continuous Monitoring of Progress
5. Learning Environments
6. Professional Learning
7. Relationships
The week following the external review, our Core Leadership Team will meet with the external reviewers for a collaborative dialogue and to identify areas of improvement. We are doing great things at F.E.S. and we are confident the reviewers will be impressed.

-Our next round of student led clubs will begin the first week of February. Applications will be distributed on Wednesday to interested students.
