This is a message from Mrs. Blanchard, Principal at Hampton Elementary School. Here is your weekly edition of the HES Hawk Squawk. Thank you to those students who purchased PLANTS for the garden! Our Greenhouse students raised $111.90.

This week will be the last week for Hot Lunch (there are three more days next week for milk after this week) as several of our classes will be on field trips throughout the last week of school.

HAMPTON SPLASH AND DASH: Tomorrow is the Hampton Splash and Dash! An event open to kids aged 3-13 years. This is a swim (or splash) in the Hampton pool followed immediately by a run. Registration on site at the Hampton Community Centre begins at 9AM with the Race start times beginning at 10AM. Good luck to all of our students who are participating in this fun event! Congratulations to Julia Bonney Lamont for designing the Hampton Ladies Triathlon medal!

AX Kids Summer Camps
We've finalized the details for our 2018 Summer Camps!
Ages 5-12 are welcome. Cost is $135 per week.
Camps will run from 8:30am to 3pm, Tuesday - Friday, for 6 weeks:
June 26 - 29, July 3 - 6, July 10 - 13, July 24 - 27, July 31 - August 3, August 7 - 10
Our Summer Camp Coordinators build the group's day around different artistic activities, both indoor and outdoor. Each day a different Expert Instructor will teach a new type of art for a two hour session - painting, fibre art, creative writing, etc. Lessons will vary so the children will be exposed to new methods and mediums.
You can register in person at AX, 12 Maple Ave., or over the phone 433-8351. Cash, cheque, and credit cards accepted.
Enrolment is limited to ensure participants get quality instruction, so register early!
