Mindfullnesss Challenge at Millidgeville North School

Students at Millidgeville North School were asked to brainstorm ways of how they could make someone's day better.  They were then asked to challenge themselves to choose an activity or activities they could do over the Christmas break. Some of these activities included; 10 greetings to random people, holding the door open for five people, making supper for their family twice, buying someone a coffee or treat, collecting food for the food bank and dropping it off, etc. This week students were asked to write about their experiences, what they may have noticed and/or what they learned.
