· It’s back! The Big Rothesay Read!
There will be a brief meeting for any student interested in helping with this year’s Big Rothesay Read. Come to Mrs. Holder’s room (127) on Friday at the beginning of noon hour if you would like to help out!
· Would the members of the boy’s golf team please pass in their forms and fees to Mr. Jordan.
· A reminder to all other sports team to pass in their forms and fees to their coach at the next practice or game.
· X-Country team is looking for runners to be on the team. The next practice is next Wednesday @ 4pm- meet by the front doors to the school. Come on out and compete at meets as a Red Hawk.
· Please be aware that the Harry Miller X-Country team runs Tuesday and Wednesday during lunch time. Their route has them taking the driveway between RHS and the rink. Please be careful and aware of these runners when leaving the rink parking lot. Hey, maybe even cheer them on. Thank you
· Yearbook photographers: Anyone interested or signed up to be a photographer for the Yearbook – check the schedule that is posted in the Resource Room to see when you are needed to take photographs.
· Everyone make sure to come out to the Bicentennial field at 5:30 to cheer on the baseball team as they battle with KVHS.
· Swim Team: We need more people for our Rothesay High School swim team! Come for a short meeting, at 12:30 in front of the office today to find out more about it.
· Final night of tryouts for competitive age class teams for the KV Panthers Volleyball try outs:
· Location: Rothesay Baptist Church
· Thursday 7-8:30 –Grade 11 & 12
· Location: Harry Miller Middle School
· Friday 6:30 to 8:00 –Grade 9
· There will be a meeting Thursday, 11th, for all grade nine students interested in becoming a grade nine rep. The meeting will be in Mr. Ross’s room (Room 101) at the beginning of lunch.
· Thursday Lunch Special: beef-vegetable stir fry on a bed of rice served with a roll/$5.00. Also soft beef taco-seasoned ground beef with lettuce and tomato and cheese, carrot and celery sticks/$5.00. Ballots are set up now for students to enter for a chance to win a $20.00 meal card. · Car Wash: The first car wash of this year has been rescheduled to THIS SATURDAY (13TH), from 11 to 2! Any volunteers interested in helping out, there will be a meeting today at lunch in Mr. Ross’s room. See you Saturday!
· Library: Student volunteers needed in the Library. Thank You!
