QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants
should possess a Masters of Education degree with a minimum of three (3) years’
leadership experience either as a school principal or vice-principal, SPR, district
mentor, district specialist or subject coordinator. A working knowledge of high school
operations, course offerings, programs of study and assessment/reporting
processes are assets. A knowledge of,
and preferably experience in scheduling or supporting schools through the
scheduling process is essential.
Experience and demonstrated ability to successfully organize and lead
both web-based and face-to-face training sessions is essential. Preference will be given to B contract teachers
in the District.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: The candidate will demonstrate the educational knowledge, computer
skills, aptitudes, abilities, and competence needed to perform the duties
described above.
