Experiential
Learning Coordinator – Competition # ELC01
DISTRICT EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING COORDINATOR (FRNB
EL) – 18-month
term position with the possibility of extension, supporting schools in ASD-S.
Description: The Future Ready New Brunswick Experiential Learning Coordinator will
utilize their skills to communicate equitable and inclusive experiential
learning opportunities for all district learners (focus on grades 6-12). The
successful candidate will be highly collaborative, promoting positive,
lasting relationships.
Position Responsibilities
·
Support
existing district experiential learning initiatives.
·
Track FRNB
project data and create a cycle of communication engagement with all internal
and external Future Ready NB stakeholders and champions.
·
Support a
strong district experiential learning network between external partners and
schools.
·
Deliver continued support to participants and partners
beyond the initial experiential learning opportunity.
·
Liaise directly with EECD personnel to support
province-wide initiatives in experiential learning.
·
Provide
regular update reports on activities, successes, and challenges to district
leadership and EECD FRNB Leads.
·
Travel
within the district will be required
Qualifications:
·
A College diploma or equivalent
experience
·
Experience in community engagement and
a proven ability to take initiative.
- Demonstrated knowledge in school to
work initiatives, experience as asset.
·
A strong understanding of labour
market trends in New Brunswick
·
Experience in a coordination role as
well as working on a team.
·
Demonstrated experience and
sensitivity in work with diverse groups of people

Salary: $1417-$1998 bi-weekly based
on a minimum of 36.25 hours/week. Benefits as per the Public Service Alliance
of Canada
