​• Cougar Pride continues with Jake L. who made a fabulous poster for the MooCrew milk Corner.  Check it out when you go into the cafeteria today!  We also want to congratulate Jake and Chantal M. who are, by far, generating the highest milk sales each Thursday, because of their enthusiasm.  Well done Jake & Chantal.

• Cougar Pride continues with the Students of the Month who travelled to Harbour Station yesterday on their excellent behavior.  October students of the month will be recognized at next Tuesday’s assembly.

• Good luck to our Varsity Boys soccer team as they host HMMS today at 4:00 pm in the district Finals. The game will be played at the Q-Plex field.

• Basketball sign-up sheets are posted outside the gym. Varsity girls tryouts are Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00-7:30 and Varsity boys tryouts are Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00-4:30.

• Jazz Band will be after school today.

• Mrs. Miller is looking for students who would be interested in reading at our Remembrance Day Assembly here at the school.  There will be a meeting today at noon bell (11:55) in Room 102.

• Reminder to all students for tomorrow-Halloween Day.  We encourage staff and students to wear as much black and orange as you can.  Masks/makeup or costumes are not acceptable.  The class with the highest participation will receive a treat.

• Tomorrow is the last day to participate in SOCKtober which means it's your last chance to bring in socks! There are a few classes that are neck to neck for the contest so make it count! Triple C members will be coming around during period 4 tomorrow to collect each homeroom's laundry bag to do a final grand total for the school and to determine the winners. Good luck to all classes and thank you for making this campaign a HUGE success!
