· Grade 12 – a rep from
NBCC (New Brunswick Community College) will be here
this Friday during period one to help you with your applications. See Mrs. Godwin to sign up for an appointment
for this. The deadline for NBCC applications is Nov. 1st!
· University of Western
Ontario will be here today at 10:10, in Guidance area.
Also, a rep from Dalhousie
University will be here at noon,
Room 102. Grade 11’s also welcome at
noon.
· Grade 12s: info is now available in
Guidance Office for the TD Scholarship
for Community Leadership. This is a
National Scholarship (20 across Canada).
Marks are important but the main criteria is outstanding community
leadership.
· Reminder to Grads that there is a Grad Class Bottle Drive this Saturday, October 18th,
from 10Am to 1PM. We need all of your
help so come to the school and bring your bottles!!
· BAND is cancelled for
today. We will
rehearse Thursday, instead, for those who can make it.
· Yearbook photographers – check the new October photography schedule in the resource

· First practice for
wrestling starts next week on Tuesday, 21st,
meeting at the Rothesay High gym at 5PM!

· Attention B-ballers: Try outs begin this week:
o Girls JV & Varsity Combined try out:
§ Fri., Oct 17th: 4-6pm, Sun., Oct 19th: 4:30-6:30pm
o Boys JV & Varsity Combined try out:
§ Sun, Oct 19th: 6:30-8:30pm, Oct 20th 6-8pm
· Wrestling try outs:
o Tues, Oct 21: 5:30-7pm, Fri, Oct 24th: 4-5:30pm
· With Winter sports try outs over lapping the Fall sports season,
please be advised that ALL Fall sport commitments (ie. games & practices)
have first priority over Winter sports try outs. Submitted by K. Jordan
· The RHS Cross Country runners advanced past Regionals and will be
off to the Provincial meet this Friday, Oct 17th. As such, they will not

· If you wish to perform an act in the Halloween Performing Arts Show, there is a sign-up sheet on the
Performing Arts Bulletin Board. Sign the
name of the performers and your act by the end of this week. Submitted by Danica Sankey
· Students interested in joining a group centered on creative story telling, horror literature and “Dungeons and Dragons”, please
sign up in the library. No writing
