  ...Beyond the Hurt in conjunction with the Open Arms group invites you to take part in activities during Pay It Forward week starting Monday. This will honour Pay It Forward Day, which is officially on April 28.  Monday is High Five Day--get spotted high fivin' and you may earn a sweet treat!  Also on Monday, Beyond the Hurt and Open Arms members will be in the student lounge taking orders for "sweet comments" =send someone a sweet comment just because...

.....Reminder to all water polo team members: the last practice is tonight from 5:00-6:30 at the Saint John High School pool.

.....There will be a meeting in room 126 at lunch for all members of the Sweet Caroline commitee.

.....Rugby season is fast approaching and the boys team is still short on numbers and taking new players.  If interested and have not shown up to practices yet please see Mr Jordan by Monday next week.  We are in the 11th hour as to confirm a boys rugby team and decision upon whether RHS will field a team will happen after next Monday's deadline .  Come out and learn a new sport!  RED HAWK PRIDE!
