·        Grade 12 – a rep from NBCC (New Brunswick Community College) will be here today during period one to help you with your applications.    The deadline for NBCC applications is Nov. 1st!
 
·        Grade 12s:  info is now available in Guidance Office for the TD Scholarship for Community Leadership.  This is a National Scholarship (20 across Canada).  Marks are important but the main criteria is outstanding community leadership.
 
·        Reminder to Grads that there is a Grad Class Bottle Drive this Saturday, October 18th, from 10Am to 1PM.  We need all of your help so come to the school and bring your bottles!!
 
·        Grade 12:  A rep from UNBSJ will be here Tuesday, Oct. 21st, period 5, for presentation to interested students.  Sign up at Guidance (need teacher permission).  Submitted by Mrs. Godwin
 
·        Boys Hockey Team will be playing Harbour View High School – Monday 8PM, Rothesay arena – exhibition game.
 
·        First practice for wrestling starts next week on Tuesday, 21st, meeting at the Rothesay High gym at 5PM!  Submitted by Corrine Donovan
·        Attention B-ballers: Try outs begin this week:
o   Girls JV & Varsity Combined try out:
§  Fri., Oct 17th: 4-6pm, Sun., Oct 19th: 4:30-6:30pm
o   Boys JV & Varsity Combined try out:
§  Sun, Oct 19th: 6:30-8:30pm, Oct 20th 6-8pm
 
·        The RHS Cross Country runners advanced past Regionals and will be off to the Provincial Meet today.   Submitted by K. Jordan
 
·        If you wish to perform an act in the Halloween Performing Arts Show, there is a sign-up sheet on the Performing Arts Bulletin Board.  Sign the name of the performers and your act by the end of today.  Submitted by Danica Sankey
 
 
·        Year books are on sale for $35. And you can pay on edline or bring your money to the office.  Submitted by:  Yearbook Committee
