Cougar Pride Shout Out to Mrs. McAloon, Mr. Donovan and Mr. Murray who stayed last night to help out with the movie night. Thanks also to Mr. Long and Mr. Robichaud who had the equipment all set up and ready for us in the gym and finally, thanks go out to the Home and School committee and the PSSC for organizing the event.

Congratulations to the Varsity Girls basketball team on a fantastic season! The girls went undefeated throughout the season and finished it off with winning the District Championship!
Thank you to all of our basketball coaches and volunteers for a great season, we could not have done it without all of you!
The Varsity Girls volleyball team will have a tryout from 3-4:30pm today and again on Monday and Thursday next week.
The Varsity Boys volleyball team will have tryouts on Tuesday and Wednesday next week.

May 17th is WE Day in Saint John. All QMS students have been invited to attend the event at Harbour Station. Special QMS T-shirts, for the event, are available for purchase, online, or via your homeroom teacher. Please encourage your parents to register and purchase a t-shirt for this event.

Noon hour - We have received several reports this week from teachers who are outside at lunch that students have been engaging in rough, physical play especially the groups who are throwing the football. Because of recent reports we are banning the use of footballs or other sports equipment outside during the noon hour. Space is limited outside in the parking lot, cars are being hit, students are getting hurt and the play is not safe for the students outside. Another area of concern is students who are walking on the concrete divider. Do not walk across the narrow structure, you could easily slip, fall and be injured.
