​Congratulations to Raelyssa Quigley who found the two-day-in-hiding Elf.  Quite an accomplishment!  There will be NO Elf search today as the Cafeteria is serving Christmas dinner to ticket holders only.

 
Music:
Attention concert band members:  Our band prep has been moved from lunch to period 4.  See you then!
 
All staff and students are invited to the Holiday Concert at KV High!  It starts at 7pm and admission is by donation.  Come and hear students from grade six to grade 12!  
 
All Band members are reminded to take instruments and music home this evening.  Be at KV High no later than 6:45pm.    Can't wait!
 
Sports:
Congratulations to the Varsity Boys basketball team on winning their third straight game last night.
 
Congratulations to our JV Boys basketball team on defeating RPS in their first game of the season.
 
Good luck to the Varsity Girls Basketball team as they host HMMS at 4:00pm.
 
Good luck to the JV Girls basketball team as they host MCS at 5:30pm in their first game of the season.
 
There will be a Turkey Drive Dodge Ball Tournament!
When: Monday & Tuesday (Dec. 17 & 18) at Lunch in the gym.
Teams: Sign up outside the gym with a group of 10 students
Cost: $10.00 per team ($1.00 each)
This will be a double elimination tournament – each team will play at least two matches.
25 cents to watch the fun!
Sign Up outside the gym and pay Mr. Long or Mr. Robichaud by Friday!  Game ON!

There will be no Satellite Cafeteria upstairs today.  Please come to the Main Cafeteria to purchase your morning snack.
 
The Turkey Drive sign-up sheet is now posted in the office on the window by the photocopier. Please decide what activity your class will be hosting and sign up soon. For those of you who may not know, the Turkey Drive is our Annual Fundraiser for the KV Firefighters Christmas Program.  ALL of the money that we raise is passed on to that group who provide Christmas for over 100 families in the Valley.
 
Tickets to win an NHL game package are still on sale. Prize package includes 2 center ice tickets to see the Boston Bruins play the NY Rangers and one night in a hotel across from Boston Gardens. Tickets available from Mme Spinks or online through Cashless Schools, $10 each or 3/$20. If you are interested in selling tickets, please see Mme Spinks. Proceeds will support the purchase of instruments and equipment for the school music program.
