SSHS Hockey.jpg

When the St. Stephen High School boys' hockey team found themselves without a goalie,  they had one of their Senior players step into the position despite never having been in net before. Pictured, the goalie from the opposing team, Southern Victoria High School (Perth-Andover), showed great sportsmanship by offering the SSHS player some tips on playing goal and words of support for his first time as goaltender.

M. Gerald Teed School has been busy - they celebrated various holiday traditions by performing songs about Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Las Posadas, and Christmas in their annual Holiday Concert.

Their Kindergarten students visited the residents of Shannex Saint John to sing Christmas carols, where the school was presented with a cheque for $500 towards their breakfast program.

Students also celebrated author Paul McAllister, who visited to read one of his books from Herman the Monster Series.
