Sports:

Grade 8 badminton tryouts continue today at lunch – please go to the gym right away.

Congratulations to the JV girls soccer team on defeating MCS – goals scored by Grace Dyment and Hannah Gallant! The team will travel to BMS today for a 4pm game.

QMS Varsity Girls soccer team defeated Harry Miller Middle School. Congratulations to Isabelle Bordage and Avyia Matthews on their first varsity goals. QMS travels to Sussex Wednesday.

The Varsity boys soccer team tied RPS. Goals were scored by Brayden for 2 and 1 for Lucas Stewart. 

The JV boys soccer team will host Hampton today at 4pm.

Music:

-This is a reminder to ALL grade six band students of our band class today in period 4.  Please remember to get permission from your period 4 teacher.

-There will be a noon hour practice for the following band students in the music room:

Attention knitters…  Knitting Club meets today in the art room!  Please bring you lunch and your knitting with you at the start of the lunch hour.

Reminder: On Wednesday, October 9th the cafeteria will be having a Thanksgiving Dinner. Turkey dinner will be the only thing offered in the cafeteria that day. Students who have ordered turkey dinner can lineup in the “regular” line, not the “pre-order” line to receive their dinner.  All other students must bring a packed lunch from home. 

Tomorrow is  Grade 7 Immunization Day through Public Health. Students are reminded to eat a good breakfast, and to wear a t-shirt.

Lost and found table will be cleared on Friday October11th, so all students should check and make sure there is nothing that belongs to you!
