​Dear ASD-S Families,

A warm welcome to our Kindergarten families, especially those new to Anglophone South School District. We hope you had the opportunity to join us for our school orientation events in the spring, and for those who could not, we look forward to meeting you in person next week.

Kindergarten students will join us through a staggered entry, with half starting on September 5, the other half starting September 6, and everyone together on Thursday, September 7. This allows our young learners a soft start to their year as they familiarize themselves with their classroom, classmates, and teacher. Please contact your child’s school if you are uncertain which day they are to start.

Kindergarten provides an enriching environment for children to learn, play, and grow. Entering Kindergarten is both an exciting and often stressful milestone. We encourage you to reach out to your child’s school with any questions or concerns you may have, now and throughout the year. You can also find information on the ASD-S we​bsite, including busing info and recent communications sent to ASD-S families. Under Programs & Services, find information about our Safe Arrivals program, Cashless Schools, and an introduction to our Education Support Services.
