SPRINGTIME HEALTH TIPS

 
1.        Think back to those New Year’s Resolutions you may have made.  If you didn’t do so well with them, then tune into spring and now may be a better time to be more successful.
2.        The sun is shining earlier and staying out later.  Go for a walk or run either early morning or evening.
3.        Find a new recipe for a healthy salad.  Encourage other staff members to do the same and then swap the recipes.
4.        Stay hydrated.  Keep a pitcher of water in your fridge.  Jazz it up with lemon or lime wedges, cucumber slices, or strawberries and basil.
5.        Spring clean with “green” products such as vinegar and baking soda.
6.        Spend time in nature.
7.        Put fresh flowers in your home where you can enjoy them.
8.        Do something you have wanted to do all winter long!
