Are You Interested in Hosting  A Student for the 2014 Fall Semester ?

​Saint John College is seeking interest for families willing to host students from Kansai Gaidai University (Japan) for the 2014 Fall Semester.  The students will arrive on Labor Day weekend.

 

Homestay fee is $800 (CAD) per month for which the student would be provided with a private room and meals. Access to wireless internet and laundry is also required. It is also expected that the homestay family provides a “home away from home” and would try to have at least one meal per day with the student to provide an opportunity for the student to practice their English skills.

 
Hosts are required to take part in an interview and home visit as well as submit to Criminal Record Check(s) for each family member living in the home who is 18 years of age or older.
