What DId We Do Today?

Math. Problem of the Day (Addition), Mental Math Subtraction using Open Number Lines and Hundreds Charts, Number of the Day, Comparing Numbers, Skip Counting, Counting Forwards, and Counting Change.

Literacy. Listened to a reading of Andrew's Loose Tooth by Robert Munsch, read quietly for 15 minutes, and wrote stories of choice or in response to a picture prompt. Students continue to work on their individual Write Goals.

Art. Followed directed drawing instructions to produce a picture of a barrel of apples.

Students were provided with a form for parents to complete if they wish to have a parent-teacher interview next week.
