
7C & 7D Math Test, Thursday, January 17thJanuary 14 Students will be given 2 periods to complete the Math Test.
In class we have been reviewing since Wednesday of last week. Extra help was available last week and will be available again tomorrow at 12:25. Students have a list of all the topics and the related units and sections in their math texts books.
Part A will focus on Geometry
 Measure and create  Angles;
 Construct and complaretriangles
 Sum of angles  Triangles and equilaterals
 Rectangles  Perimeter and area of simple and complex
 Polygrons  Perimeter
 Perpendicular and parralel lines and perpendicular bisectors
 Area of parallelograms, triangles, and circles
 Circles  radius, diameter, pi, circumference
Part B on the Numbers Strand (Whole numbers and Decimals)
 Ordering decimals
 Using the Powers of 10 for multiplication and division (grade 6 to hundredths place  grade 7 to thousandths)
 Addition, Subtraction, and multiplication of whole numbers and decimals (max.  2 digit by 2 digit).

7A, 7B, 7C, 7D MathNovember 20 I have noticed that a number of students are not coming to Math class prepared. Student need a pencil, eraser, ruler and a compass for each Math class. Please remember to bring these items.
