Good afternoon, Creeker families!
Academics- Please remember to sign up for your parent teacher conference when you see the doodle poll. This is a great chance to celebrate and discuss next steps about your child's academic and social growth. I am hoping for a very high turn out!
Movie Night - Thanks to all our families who came out for this as well as our Multicultural Club, parent and staff volunteers who helped out. Thanks to your generosity, we made $273 for our World Vision sponsor :)
Welcome to some new staff members - We have had a few changes over the past couple of months to tell you about . Welcome to Melissa Hanscome in grade 1 who took over from Mrs. Allen, to Mrs. Alana Seamans who is an EA in Mrs. MacDonald's K class, Mr. Chris Graves, a numeracy lead working with grade 3-5 teachers for the next few weeks, and Mrs. Katie Murray, a literacy lead working with the grade K-2 teachers. We currently also have 4 interns from STU working with Mr. Slack, Mme. Arntsen, Mme. Cairns and Mme. Plourde.
Chinese Calligraphy - Thank you to Helen Xuan, one of our parents who is teaching some of our students Chinese Calligraphy! For more info, see Mme. Cairns.
Grade 5 Yearbook cover contest - these are due on Wednesday to Mrs. Campbell for any interested students

Monday , March 27th - Doodles going out to sign up for Parent/Teacher conferences
Tuesday March 28th - PSSC meeting 6:30 pm
Thursday March 30 - puppet show at our school for bilingual learning environment promotion ( 10:40 - 11:40 am/ Grade 4s and 5s to George Street for their production of the Little Mermaid / K and hot lunch
Monday April 3 - Achievement Reports issued
Thursday April 6 - Book Fair opens for students to make a wish list ! / Parent Teacher interviews at night and book fair open 3 - 8 pm
Friday, April 7 - Book Fair open 7:30 - 1:00 pm
Monday April 10th - Parent Teacher interviews in the morning and Professional Learning in the afternoon - No school / book fair open 8 - 12 pm
