Horizon Public Health will be offering COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics for students born in 2009 and before, as well as staff, in the Leo Hayes High School auxillary gym during the school day on the following dates:
September 28 and October 26.
Students
are able to complete a consent form on the day of the clinic, or parents can
choose to fill one ahead of time by printing it from the Government of New
Brunswick website

. As always with
vaccination we suggest that individuals be sure to eat the day of vaccination
and wear a shirt that can expose their shoulder.
