Call for Letters of Intent for an Early Learning Program

Anglophone West School District will accept submissions of Letters of Intent for the operation of an Early Learning Program (that may include an early morning drop off as well as afterschool childcare) at Donald Fraser Memorial School for the 2018-2019 school year with the possibility of renewal. 

The following Letter of Intent package must be returned to Linda Dempsey-Nicholson (453-6140) at Woodstock Education Centre, 138 Chapel Street, Woodstock, N.B., E7M 1H3, no later than 4 p.m. on March 7, 2018. Please ensure you indicate your name, business name and contact information.

1. Two-page Letter of Intent indicating your proposed program and management structure as well as prior experience in childcare programming.

2. A completed Community Use of Schools application, http://web1.nbed.nb.ca/sites/asd-w/Pages/default.aspx (under "Schools" tab),

3. A completed ASD-W Policy 701 (Student Contact questionnaire), http://701.nbed.nb.ca/questionnaire-e.asp

4. Two letters of support for your intended program from the community at large.

Successful Applicants must comply with Licensing Regulation through​ the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (for more details on licensing, contact Chelsey Phillips at 325-4398).

Preference will be given to not-for-profit applicants. We thank all applicants for submissions, however, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
