Are you looking for a way to make ends meet?

Nackawic Area Wellness and the Valley Food Bank have created a
partnership to help those ends come closer by having food
boxes delivered to Nackawic. If you are without transportation and would like to
take advantage of this service, The Wellness Committee will deliver a
box to your door. Call the Town Office at 575-2241, send a message to
the Nackawic Area Wellness Committee on Face Book, or send an
e-mail to nackawicareawellness@gmail.com to arrange a private appointment with a representative from the Food Bank. The meetings
will take place on March 1, 2019, at the Nackawic Town Hall. Transportation to the meeting
can be provided as needed. If you are currently a Food
Bank client, you can also arrange for your food hamper to be delivered to Nackawic for
local pick up. Call 328-4417 to make arrangements. First
delivery will be March 15.
