​Currently in our grade 5 flex math groups we are reviewing representing numbers to 10 000 and moving on to representing numbers to 100 000. Below are two sheets of example questions if you would like to work on these skills at home with your child. Most students tend to have the most difficulty representing numbers using expanded form (la forme développée) as they really need to have a solid understanding of place value.
