Happy Mother's Day to my wonderful mothers! I hope you had a fantastic
day with your families! xoxo to all of you doing a marvelous job with
your kiddies!
This week in 1A:
Monday: no school for students
Tuesday:
K-3 talent show begins at 11am. If your child is performing, I believe
they will be called down at 10:30 to begin preparing for the show!
Good luck!
Thursday: Grade 4-5 talent show from 1-2pm.
Thursday: I will not be at school for this day.
Reading:
this is the second last week for guided reading groups. I will begin
testing the week of May 28th, so try your best to review sounds, words
and little books that come home every night :)
Math: flex groups are
finished and the class has begun learning all about measurement. We will
be learning length, volume and weight. This is a fun, hands-on unit!
Monday, May 21: no school - Victoria Day
