Dear Parents and Families,
Here are the updates and reminders for this week:
1) DFS School-wide fundraiser-please encourage your family and friends to look at the catalogue and place an order online or on your child's form. Our school benefits from all the money raised! Please help Park Street School continue to be the Best Possible Place to grow. Forms and payment due Friday, September 28th.
2) School Pictures with Harvey Studios on October 1st, 2018. Smile!
3) Reading-please have your child read to you for 15 minutes in French each evening Monday to Thursday, when possible.
Update:
Français: Students are working on reviewing classroom objects, days of the week, months of the year, weather, colours, numbers to 100. They are working on a new unit on Healthy Eating and are writing about their likes and dislikes. Students may practice using website links on my teacher page!
****Yellow duotang: I will send home a yellow duotang weekly with sight words/French sounds to review at home that we have learned in class. Your child should read them to you, pracrtice writing it on a cue card, etc. Thank you for helping your child review their French words and sounds.

Math: Students are working on numbers to 100, skip counting, and using Base ten blocks and one hundred charts. They can review this song on saying their numbers to 100 in French.
