Language Arts:
The student finished presenting their poster. I should be sending it home very soon. We revised the following sounds: ch - é -er - ez - è - ei - ai - s (z). We did finish our unit on Daily life. As indicated on our monthly calendar, we will learn about social interactions and friendship. Every day, I did read alouds and literacy centers. We also practice our high frequency words daily.
Mathematics:
* We continue to work on représenting numbers in different ways: with digits, words, base 10 blocks and tally marks.
The students enjoyed our assembly.
