​This is a message for families that have children involved in after school extra curricular sports:

As of Sept. 22, all students involved in extra curricular sports who are currently age 12 or older are required to show proof of double vaccination to the school administration.   You may send in proof electronically or paper copy and we will keep a running list in the office, and will not keep a copy of the record.  Some families have done this already.  

Students who were born between July 1st 2009 and December 31st 2009 will have until October 31st to receive their second vaccine in order to participate in extra curricular sports.  In the meantime they may continue to participate in the sport, keeping in mind there will be no grace period after October 31st, 2021.

Students under 12 may continue to participate in extra-curricular activities, as they cannot be vaccinated at this time.

Spectators may be present for outdoor activities maintaining spacing where possible.  Spectators for inside activities are not permitted. 

We will revise our team rosters based on the above by the morning of MON, SEPT. 27.  Please ensure you share your records to us before that time--by this Friday is preferable.   Please do not hesitate to connect with me if you have questions.  Thank you.
