​This week at MAS we participated in the Terry Fox Walk and Orange shirt day! It was wonderful to see all the students walk and have fun with their buddies while they showed their support for the Terry Fox foundation. We raised $65.00 to donate to the Terry Fox Foundation and his Marathon of hope. Thank you! Many students wore orange on Friday to show our spirit towards reconciliation and to honor the children that attended residential schools. Hot Lunch- Hot Lunch will begin this week, except Tots n’ Taters on this coming Friday, October 6^th , as their kitchen is closed. Our Great Canadian Bagel order will be here on Tuesday in time to take with us on our field trip.

Apple Picking- Tuesday, October 3 we will all be going to River View Orchard to join in learning fun in apple picking, hay ride, corn maze, and building relationships. Please be sure to return your permission forms and fee of $4. Thank you to our Home and School for helping support and fund this trip!

Student Fees $40- If you have not paid your student fees yet please do so as soon as possible. If you may need extra time in paying, please contact the office to make arrangements.

Tuesday October 3^rd – Apple picking Field Trip for grades K-5.

Wednesday October 4^th - Cross Country meet at MAS. Start time of race is 1:15pm.  PSSC Orientation at Bliss Carman Middle school at 7pm for those interested.

Thursday October 5^th – Pizza Hot Lunch

Friday October 6^th – Apple crumble baking with our buddies. NO hot lunch.
