​​Under the Public Health Act and in accordance with Policy 706, Proof of Immunization, school districts and school personnel are responsible to inform parents that proof of immunization is required for school admission. A short video has been produced by the Department of Health in collaboration with Public Health Regional Health Authorities and the Department of Early Education and Early Childhood Development.
