Hello MAS Families. We welcomed our Kindergarten students of 2018-2019 this week. They are excited group to be starting here at MAS and we are excited to have them join us. Our grade 3-5 students had a wonderful day today at Track and Field. The weather held off and it was a great morning of running, throwing, and jumping!
Jump Rope For Heart- Forms were due back on Friday, May 25th. If you did not pass yours in, please do so on Monday.
MAS Color Splash Dash- Last call to sign up! If you have not done so, we still have a bit of space left for more runners in our FUN run. There will be door prizes, zumba, snacks, and lots of fun! Please don't miss out.
Drama/Spring Concert- We will be having our Drama/spring concert on Tuesday, May 29th at 10am. Parents are invited to join us here at MAS at 10:00am (doors will open at 9:45am) to see our drama group performance, along with hearing all our classes take the stage to share a song they have been learning in music. We look forward to seeing you!
Tuesday PL half day- Reminder that on Tuesday, May 29th students dismiss at 11:30am as it is a professional learning day for teachers in the afternoon.
This Week- Grade 2 and Grade 4 begin provincial assessments continue. (until June 1)
Monday May 28- Bagel hot lunch. Drama practice after school 3-4:15apm.
Tuesday May 29- Drama/Spring Concert 10:00am. Dismissal for students at 11:30am.
Wednesday May 30- Creative Clusters.
Thursday May 31- Hot lunch pizza. Grade 5 Orientation at Nasis School. York Care Visit grades 1 and 4.
Friday June 1- Tots N Taters Hot lunch.
