12 Days of Giving for Liberty Lane

The spirit of giving is alive and well at George Street Middle School. This year’s theme is "12 Days of Giving" for Liberty Lane. Liberty Lane helps women and children who have experienced family violence attain personal and economic independence. 
There will be a box placed in each homeroom class for students to put donated items in. Donated items have been divided among the three grade levels as follows: Grade 6: paper products   Grade 7: hygiene/household products   Grade 8: drinks 
The campaign will run until the 18th of December. Liberty Lane is so grateful that we are doing this again and said that last year, they saved over $2000 because of the campaign. GSMS was their largest donor ever. We want to top that this year and make those supplies last the whole year!
