Sheridan Farrell 

This award is presented in recognition of your commitment to any project you sign onto. You were a key organizer for the Trick or Canning campaign, resulting in one of our best years ever for donations. You have fully committed to Drama Club as well, participating not only in after school practice, but also taking part in the choral reading of Flanders Fields for Remembrance Day. As a student, you are exemplary. Your work is thoroughly complete, and you are always happy to help your fellow students get organized. You are happy to share the extensive general knowledge of history and Greek mythology that you bring to the classroom.  You are respected by your classmates.  Jenicca Jean

 You demonstrate consistent high academic achievement in all courses and you play vital roles in numerous clubs and activities at NHS. You have taken on the role of secretary with the Student Leadership Executive this year, effectively fulfilling the responsibilities. You are a member of the NHS Reach for the Top team, and TADD group, among others. In addition, you played volleyball with the V-Reds throughout the fall. You also volunteer regularly at the school store. Congratulations on being selected Nighthawk of the Month for December, 2016.

Holly sharp 

This award is presented in recognition of the exceptional leadership you displayed with your team in preparing for the Entrepreneurship 110 Christmas Market. Your hard work and leadership led your business, “Country Crafts”, to being so well organized and successful with sales on market day. You are a role model to all students. Congratulations on being selected Nighthawk of the Month for December, 2016. 

Jack Van Oord 

You are a valued member of the Nackawic High Community this year.  Not even a member of Student Leadership in September, you have stepped up and made yourself so valuable to the team, and so quickly, that you were asked to sit on the executive as Grade 10 Rep. You have also taken on the role of Stage Manager for drama club.  You are a serious student with high expectations for yourself, all while still bringing humour and kindness to the classroom.  On student leadership, your tech abilities have increased the quality of all of our events from Remembrance Day to the Family Feud game.
