At the Parent Information Meetings listed below, information will be provided on the following
French Second Language Programs available in Anglophone West School District:
 Grade 3 Entry French Immersion Program
 Grade 6 Entry Late French Immersion Program
 Intensive French Program
Schedule of Meetings:
 Tuesday, January 26th, 2016 ...... Woodstock High School (Jan. 28th Storm Date)
 Thursday, February 4th, 2016...... Oromocto High School (Feb. 8th Storm Date)
 Monday, February 15th, 2016 ...... Fredericton High School (Feb. 16th Storm Date)
All meetings will begin at 6:30 p.m. for parents of students in Anglophone West
School District who wish to learn more about the French Second Language Programs
that will be offered in the 2016-2017 school year. Parents who wish to enroll their
children in the Grade 3 Entry or Grade 6 Entry French Immersion Programs will be required
to complete the electronic registration form located on the ASD-W web site (www.asdw.
nbed.nb.ca). Deadline for registration is February 26, 2016.
