There was some paperwork sent home with the  middle level badminton players that will need to be reviewed and returned to the gym office or to their coach.  Sheets that need to be submitted are the Athlete Registration form, Athlete Letter (code of conduct), and the Concussion Education Sheet.

 

Badminton fees are $25.  This will include a t shirt that the badminton player will keep, as well as badminton shuttles for games/practices.  If there is a concern regarding the fee, please contact the school.  T shirts will not be given out without payment of fee or alternate arrangements made with the school.
