NHS Nighthawk of the Month

Hannah Alward

This award is presented in recognition of your love of learning. You are a role model for embracing every opportunity to learn. You are an engaged student, you can always be counted on for participation in group discussions, and you are always putting your energy towards doing good in your school and community.  You are also a dedicated member of Student Leadership Group. You are a role model to all students. Congratulations on being selected Nighthawk of the Month for April, 2017.

Jared Good

This award is presented in recognition of your leadership at Nackawic High School. You are a silent leader in the automotive shop. You lead by example through your work ethic, readiness to learn and cooperation with others. You work well on your own and can always be trusted to work on any assigned task until it is complete. You are also excellent at asking questions when you are unsure of something. This prevents mistakes from being made and ensures that jobs are completed to a high standard. You are also an excellent student in the classroom, always working diligently to complete assigned work. Your calm and jovial personality make you a pleasure to teach and be around. You are a role model to all students. Congratulations on being selected Nighthawk of the Month for April, 2017.

 

Raegan Scott

This award is presented in recognition of your academics and involvement at Nackawic High School. Not only are you a top academic student, with an average above 95%, but you are also always willing to give freely of your time and are involved in numerous activities at NHS, including Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Math League, Reach for the Top, Student Leadership, GSA, Best Buddies, and Drama. You also volunteer for any and everything! You are a natural leader, and conduct yourself at all times with the upmost positivity. You are a kind, caring and generous young lady! You truly are one of a kind. You are a role model to all students. Congratulations on being selected Nighthawk of the Month for April, 2017.

 

Moriah Lewis

This award is presented in recognition of your kindness each day at Nackawic High School. You bring a positive energy to the school. You spend your day paying others genuine compliments. You are thoughtful and considerate and fun to be around. You are an eager participant in class discussions, but also make a point to include others in that discussion. You also work hard to ensure that Theatre Arts, in particular, is an inclusive learning space. You are a role model to all students. Congratulations on being selected Nighthawk of the Month for April, 2017.

Veronica Price-Brideau

This award is presented in recognition of improvement and for getting involved at Nackawic High School. You have shown improvement in your work ethic from semester 1 to semester 2. You are working diligently in all off your courses and are getting work completed on time. You come to class with a positive attitude and ask questions as needed. You have also joined the rugby team and are putting in a lot of hard work. You took part in the leadership group fun night, helping out with entertaining and supervising the students from the elementary school. You also helped create the poster hanging in the hallway heading to the BBT area. You have become a role model to all students. Congratulations on being selected Nighthawk of the Month for April, 2017.
