Good evening families of Chipman Elementary School,
Starting
tomorrow, December 14, all students will move to distance learning for the rest
of the week. Teachers will connect with families and students with activities
for continued learning during this time.
As per the
announcement made today by the Provincial Government, the holiday break for all
Kindergarten to grade 6 students will begin at the end of the day
on Friday, December 17, instead of midday on Thursday, December 23, as
initially planned.
This means
there is no expectation for learning next week, and school will resume as
regularly planned on Monday, January 10, 2022.
