The Carleton North Community Foundation was launched in 2008 with a $2-million donation from The McCain Foundation as part of the celebrations marking the 50th anniverisity of McCain Foods. The Foundation supports a variety of eligable organizations under categories such as Arts & Culture, Education, Beautification, Economic Development, Recreation, Health & Wellness, and Envirnoment.
