​Hello MAS Families! It has been a short but great week here at MAS. We had a great parent presentation on Wednesday evening that offered many great ideas and strategies to help our children with anxiety and worries.

Information Items-

Jump Rope for Heart- Envelopes for donations are to be returned on Monday, May 10^th. Reminder to students that our top fundraisers will get to choose a staff member to pie.

Provincial Assessments- Our grade 4 students will be participating in the Provincial Reading assessment during the week of May 16^th to May 28^th. This helps our province track trends in learning over time, inform decisions, and provides the school with data on success in curriculum and standards.

No School May 17^th- NBTA Branch Day for teachers.

Hot Lunch Order Forms- June Hot lunch order forms will be coming home on Monday. You will notice a slight increase in price change due to changes with schoolcashonline. Also we encourage everyone to pay through schoolcashonline, however if writing a cheque they now must be made out to McAdam Avenue School.
