Posts: Weekly Memo - Oct. 10-14

10/7/2022 2:29 PM by roxanne.yerxa

Good morning, MAS Families.  I hope everyone had a wonderful
week!  We started a new STAR slip incentive here at McAdam Avenue School
called “Caught You Being a Star” (see attached picture).  Students have an
opportunity all day, every day to demonstrate that they are STAR students and
to potentially receive a STAR slip!  Our Indigo Adopt-A-School fundraiser
is now finished, and we are just waiting to hear from Indigo about how much was
raised to buy books for our library!  We hosted Cross Country on
Wednesday, which was fantastic!  Great job runners, teachers and
volunteers.  What a great experience for all.  We also want to give a
shout out to Kindred Home Care, the employer of one of our awesome parents, who
donated books to our new diversity library (see picture)!
