Cross Country Running

NES will have after school cross country practice for grades 3, 4, 5 organized a little bit different this year. Students will have an opportunity to run daily from 12:36-12:59. Mr. Dunn and Mr. Calder will be looking after these practices each day. Our hope is that parents will also encourage and support their child in their training at home as well. Students will compete in the NES meet held in early October, a letter with start times and additional information will be sent home at a later date. Students are encouraged to bring water bottle for practice. Students are asked to bring proper gym clothes for the weather conditions on practice days. We are currently forming a committee to assist in the planning and execution of the NES meet in October.
