Today in science we worked at finishing up our ecosystem models. These are in the science lab and we will be monitoring them for the next few weeks. We looked at a couple of science news stories that relate to ecology. To end the lesson we looked at how ecosystems are not "closed" systems - they have inputs of matter and energy and outputs of matter and energy. I've attached a copy of the diagram in the photo album.
