GRADE 7 and 8 STUDENTS:
Public Health nurses will be coming to our school on
October 14, 2022
to offer grade 7 and 8 students a vaccine against Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (whooping cough), and Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Students should wear short sleeves and have breakfast on Friday. If the consent form has not been returned to your child’s teacher, please do so before Friday. If you need a consent form, please contact the school at 273-4760.
